Refund policy

Because each item is printed on demand specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

However, we will replace your item if it arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

To request a replacement:
Send an email to info@oromostore.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A photo of the damaged or defective item

We will send a free replacement within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are only issued in the rare case where a replacement is not possible.
